Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour, package, or service with us.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your booking of any tour, safari, package, or travel-related service offered by us Corbettreservation . By enquiring about, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from us (via email, WhatsApp, or phone).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify all details in the confirmation (dates, package inclusions, number of travelers, contact details) and inform us immediately of any discrepancy.
3. Payment Terms
  • An advance payment is required to confirm any booking; the balance is payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
  • Prices quoted are per person/package as applicable and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
  • Additional charges (entry permits, safari fees, optional activities, government taxes, etc.) not explicitly listed as "included" are payable separately.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
  • Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days remaining before the travel/check-in date and will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services once the tour has commenced.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time using the original mode of payment, less any applicable deductions.
5. Wildlife Safaris & Jungle Permits
  • Jeep and elephant safaris, zone allocations, and permits inside Jim Corbett National Park are subject to Forest Department rules, availability, and government regulations, which are beyond our control.
  • We do not guarantee wildlife sightings. Sightings depend entirely on natural conditions and animal movement.
  • Safari permits, once booked, are generally non-transferable and non-refundable as per Forest Department policy.
6. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or timings due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, park closures, government restrictions, road conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible, but shall not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

7. Liability

We act as a facilitator, coordinating accommodation, transport, safaris, and related services through third-party vendors. While we take due care in selecting reliable partners, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the course of travel, including those caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards resort/hotel staff, forest guides, fellow travelers, and wildlife. We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services to any individual engaging in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, without any refund.

9. Website Use & Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and package descriptions, is the property of the Company unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Ramnagar / Nainital, Uttarakhand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
